The Flat Tub Wildlife Management Area encompasses 6,699 acres of state-owned land. The WMA consists of approximately 5,169 acres of upland pine/hardwood forest and 1,500 acres of hardwood drains and river bottomland.

Elmodel WMA

Located on 1,600 acres near Newton, Georgia, Elmodel Wildlife Management Area provides opportunity for deer, dove, turkey and small game hunting. Some roads and areas may be closed during certain seasons for dove field management and invasive species control.

Doerun Pitcherplant Bog WMA

Known for its namesake, Doerun Pitcherplant Bog Wildlife Management Area is located in Doerun, Georgia and is filled with—you guessed it—pitcherplants! The WMA is perfect for those who want to enjoy Georgia's coastal plains and get a good look at a bog ecosystem. Doerun Pitcherplant Bog is home to a rare species and sensitive habitats. To protect these resources, vehicular access is limited to entrance road and parking area.

Hunting opportunities include archer deer hunting, turkey and small game. ATVs and horses are prohibited. No camping allowed on the property.

Di-Lane WMA

Managed for early successional habitat with emphasis on bobwhite quail, Di-Lane Plantation WMA is 8,100 acres of federally owned land. Open to seasonal hunting, outdoor enthusiasts can find plenty to do on this WMA. Hunting opportunities include deer, turkey, small game and furbearers, dove, quail and waterfowl.

Bullard Creek WMA

Sitting on a whopping 14,000 acres, Bullard Creek WMA provides visitors with an array of activities ranging from hunting to horseback riding. Situated in Georgia's coastal plains, Bullard Creek is a beautiful site for all to enjoy. This WMA provides hunting opportunities for deer, turkey and small game. 

Big Hammock WMA

The Big Hammock Wildlife Management Area encompasses 7,221 acres of state-owned property. Hunting opportunities include deer, turkey and small game. This WMA consists of approximately 100 acres of wildlife openings, 1,121 acres of upland hardwood hammock, and 6,000 acres of bottomland hardwood and cypress forest.
