Congratulations on Your Engagement!
Thank you for considering Wormsloe State Historic Site as your wedding venue. Our picturesque setting is the ideal venue for wedding ceremonies with an intimate and rustic feel.
We have a variety of wedding packages to suit different needs. Please review the information below for our rates and information on how to book your wedding.
All weddings larger than 10 people take place at the end of the iconic, naturally arched, Live Oak-lined Avenue. Your guests will delight, as nearly 400 oaks whimsically usher them the mile and a half up the avenue.
Looking for something with a more intimate feel? Our DeRenne package, 10 people or less, enhances your choice of wedding location. Couples who choose the DeRenne package, may opt to have their ceremony on the side of the Oak-lined Avenue, Sutler’s Row, or the Marsh Overlook.
Most weddings occur during the historic site’s operating hours (between 9 am and 5 pm). As such, the park is still open for the public’s enjoyment. For a more private ceremony, we recommend an after-hours ceremony. For more information, be sure to speak with one of our wedding coordinators about after-hour rates and availability.
If you have any further questions, concerning how to book Wormsloe or any of our policies. Please feel free to email us at wormsloe.weddings@dnr.ga.gov or call us at (912) 353-3023. We are always happy to assist you in your booking needs.
Congratulations again and we hope you choose to share your special day with us!
