Alligator hunters will receive their harvest record as part of their alligator permit at the time of purchase (alligator permits are free to drawn hunters who have all-inclusive licenses but they still have to “purchase” the permit online, by phone or at a license retailer).

In Georgia, aquaculture and live fish sales (non-aquarium trade related) are regulated by the Wildlife Resources Division (WRD) of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR).
Resident sportsmen save $5 annually ($65/year compared to $70/year) when purchasing a resident sportsman's license which covers most state hunting and fishing privileges including hunting, big game, fishing (fresh and salt water) and trout (excludes the alligator license and federal duck stamp; still must obtain the free deer harvest record and free Georgia Migratory Bird Stamp each season).
Application lists individual licenses and fees. Please complete the whole application and provide the required information then return by mail. Applications may be obtained from any Wildlife Resources Division Office.
Disability Certification Applications are now online at gooutdoorsgeorgia.com. To apply online, follow the link, select “Licenses & Permits”, log into your customer profile, select “Customer Applications”, and then complete the “WRD Certification of Disability” application. As long as your disability is permanent and your application is approved, you do not have to resubmit a Disability Application again!
